Collect and analyze Alarm & Status output
Detect and report on hardware failures and issues.
Collect and analyze CDR/SMDR Call Record output
Detect and report on call anomalies such as 911, 1-900 and Toll Fraud
Proactively monitor PBX Hardware to ensure functionality
Detect when a PBX is no longer functioning. (A dead PBX doesn’t send alarms).
Collect and analyze Voice Mail and Email Server Alarms and Status
Detect and report on alarms from non-pbx equipment such as Voice Mail & Email servers as well
Proactively monitor Voice Mail and Email Server to ensure functionality
Detect equipment that is no longer functioning. (A dead Server doesn’t send alarms).
Archive all collected data for historical analysis and review.
All collected data (Alarms/Status/Call Records) is stored for a minimum of 60 days allowing technical staff to search and analyze all data related to an issue.
