Centurion goes well beyond just PBX Alarm monitoring :

  • Collect and analyze Alarm & Status output

    Detect and report on hardware failures and issues.

  • Collect and analyze CDR/SMDR Call Record output

    Detect and report on call anomalies such as 911, 1-900 and Toll Fraud

  • Proactively monitor PBX Hardware to ensure functionality

    Detect when a PBX is no longer functioning. (A dead PBX doesn’t send alarms).

  • Collect and analyze Voice Mail and Email Server Alarms and Status

    Detect and report on alarms from non-pbx equipment such as Voice Mail & Email servers as well

  • Proactively monitor Voice Mail and Email Server to ensure functionality

    Detect equipment that is no longer functioning. (A dead Server doesn’t send alarms).

  • Archive all collected data for historical analysis and review.

    All collected data (Alarms/Status/Call Records) is stored for a minimum of 60 days allowing technical staff to search and analyze all data related to an issue.
